Step 1

Register your team and pay the $100.00 non-refundable deposit.

1. Complete the Team Registration form and mail it to: Shoot Out Sports, 31729 Fairchild, Westland MI 48186.
2. Pay the $100.00 non-refundable deposit.  Include a check or money order with your Team Registration form or pay the deposit online.
   1. Select the League you would like to register for.
   2. Enter the High School team you are registering.
   3. Click the "Buy Now" link.
   4. You will be redirected to the payment center.
   5. Here you will enter your contact information.
   6. You will still have to mail the registration form to Shoot Out Sports.

Step 2

Ensure all players are Roller Hockey Alliance (RHA) Members.  All Shoot Out Sports Leagues are sanctioned by RHA, and participants are required to be members.  Please goto www.rollerhockeyalliance.com to register.  Shoot Out Sports cannot take or submit RHA membership forms.

Step 3

Ensure all players have a completed and turned in a Shoot Out Sports Release and Waiver form.  Click here to print out the form.  These forms must be turned in prior to your teams first game.

Step 4

Pay the remaining balance of your team fee by the session deadline.  You will not be able to pay the remaining balance online.

Step 5

Complete your teams roster online.  After your team balance has been paid in full the team manager will receive a username and password to the Shoot Out Sorts website.  Complete all information including player name, player number, and RHA number.  Shot Out Sports requires 24 hours to verify all RHA membership numbers.

*This MUST be done 24 hours prior to the start of your first game.  Paper rosters will NOT be accepted.*

Review your teams schedule once posted online.

Step 7

Arrive 45 minutes prior to your first game.  You will be required to turn in all Shoot Out Sports Release and Waiver forms, and a copy of each players school ID (Spring Session Only). 

*Any player without a completed Shoot Out Sports Release and Waiver form and an verified RHA membership number will be considered ineligible and will not be allowed to play.*
